SoftWorks is affiliated to Telnet Nigeria Limited, its parent company, but in actual sense, SoftWorks was carved out of iTECO (Nigeria) Limited, also a subsidiary of Telnet.

TELNET Network Services Limited (TNS) was set up to provide the skills and knowledge required to support both private and public companies as they seek to put in place telecommunications infrastructure that will enable them exploit the advantages of New World technologies. With a large concentration of certified professional telecommunications personnel, TNS has the intellectual capital to provide New World telecommunication network solutions incorporating voice, data and video.

These solutions include VSAT, point-to-multipoint communications, terrestrial radio, multimedia switches and fibre-optic transmission systems.

TNS also offers a turnkey project portfolio that includes: Network Planning and design System Engineering and Integration, Network Operation and Maintenance, Equipment Supply and Installation, Facilities Management and Outsourcing ,Value Added Network services.

To ensure the quality of the solutions it delivers, TNS has entered into value-added reseller partnerships with leading telecommunications equipment manufacturers.

iTECO (Nigeria) Limited delivers Enterprise Networks and e-Security solutions and services with technical expertise unmatched in the industry. iTECO provides total design, audit, implementation, installation and support services in the following areas.

Enterprise Networking provides multiprotocol system integration and integrated networking solutions in the local area, wide area and campus environments.

Intelligent Building Systems deploys structured cabling for voice, data and video in corporate buildings and multi-storey apartments. It also offers integrated access control, surveillance and environmental control for data centres.

Managed Networks provides network management and billing solutions that give a ‘birds-eye’ view of all systems and infrastructure deployed within an enterprise as well as an indication of the performance, resource utilization and the impact of user activities on the overall network.

Telnet Enterprise Systems Limited (TES) was formed when Telnet acquired the ERICSSON Enterprise Switching business in Nigeria. The company’s business footprint cuts across enterprise communication and customer contact zones.
TES has at its disposal, experts who have hands-on experiential knowledge of the solutions and services necessary for effective communication in a world of converging technologies. The solutions offered by TES include:

Voice Technologies deal with the provision of business communication systems that enhance productivity in the enterprise using enabling systems like voice switches, voicemail and unified messaging.

Contact Centre Solutions focuse on the customer contact zones via the traditional telephone or over the web. Emphasis is placed on delivering solutions that are tailored for effective customer interaction as well as self-service applications.

iPROSIT Limited assists clients in creating and sustaining competitive advantage that is aligned with their business objectives through the effective integration of people, processes and technology. iPROSIT provides services in the areas of Training and Technology Development Services, Technical Consulting, Process and Instrumentation Engineering.
